I’ve had a few people tell me he is fat he is not even a year old yet he’s nine months old

Tbh he just looks like a big boy 😍 the vet would tell you or not. 
My boy is 3 years old and 13 lbs. He’s perfectly healthy per the vet and just a bigger cat. Ironically when I first adopted him I would cry because he was the runt and so tiny 😂❤️

Boys seem to be just bigger in size. My dark gray cat Coby looks big but he’s more fluffy. Chace on the other hand(brown,white) is younger but he’s a fat boy lol

He just looks like a bigger breed of cat some are just naturally bigger.

My cat is 16lbs but the vet said that’s fine for his size. He’s a Maine Coon mix so hes thick and fluffy.

I would ask the vet/actually weigh it. It's hard to tell visually with fluffy cats. If it's a Maine coon mix, its gonna be bigger than your average short hair.
