Weight loss tips needed! 🏋️‍♀️💪

I've been gaining weight unexpectedly. I have not change my eating habits and I tried to go to the gym at least 2-3 time a week for an hour. With my job its stressful to go every day. But I want 2020 to be the year I get back healthy and then hopefully conceive. I've tried all the dieting fads. I've went to my doctor to see if maybe my iron was low or there was something else going on. I'm not a real lazy person so negative comments. I try doing cardio and drink shakes for breakfast, eat a light lunch and shakes for dinner. Theres just some days I want to eat the entire fridge. I want to feel good. I want to look confident. I don't want to get skinny. I want to get to a weight I'm feel comfortable in. Any tips??
