My 3.5mo daughter started spitting up tiny bits of stringy mucus that looks like snot with small bits of a blood/brown tinge. She’s done it twice this morning after her first feeding of the day.

Shes breast fed and gets a 5-6oz bottle of formula every night.

She doesn’t have a fever, but she didn’t sleep well last night at all, wouldn’t go down until 4am and woke up at 8:30am. She hasn’t pooped yet today but she usually only has 1-2 a day so not worried about that yet. She’s had 3 wet diapers in the 4 hours she’s been awake so far.

She’s had a stuffy nose for the last couple weeks but it’s been a bit better the last 4-5 days. Haven’t used the snot sucker or saline spray/drops in a week.

I don’t see any noticeable cracks on my nipples and no major discomfort so I don’t think it’s from me.

She’s still smiley and playful and has been eating like normal since.

Has anyone else experienced this?

I made an appointment with her doctor but it’s not until tomorrow afternoon.
