I specifically set my alarm for 10 minutes before I have to get up just so I can snooze it a couple times. Lol Gives me time to "wake up".

I haven’t used an alarm in over 6 months. Normally wake up before it went off. Husband wakes me by getting out of bed. He doesn’t mean to but it’s from him moving away from.

Only for non important events that I am going alone and have no due time.
Other than that, nope. I wake up 4:30 am when i have school (on break rn) and I leave my phone charging on the other side of the room so I don't have the urge to put on snoozing when I wake up. Once I'm up to turn off the alarm I'm already awake.
