HELP Super low milk supply

So my baby is 5 weeks and shes bottle fed as Im currently pumping consistently, but only getting 1oz of milk during each session out of both boobs combined. Ive tried the teas, body armour, fenugreek, the cookies, and absolutely nothing will increase my supply. I've been trying to latch her and she will not latch. She does not want to latch at all. Went to 2 LC and they were both surprised at how my baby refuses to latch. Also ive been struggling with low supply since birth, she lost 11oz in the hospital so i know i wasnt making enough. How can i increase my supply? Were currently supplementing, but my wish is to have her on just breastmilk. How can I achieve this? Has anyone gone through this?
