Tips?!!!

My 3-month-old boy is biting his bottle nipples and it makes a bunch of the milk shoots out and he chokes. He thinks it's funny but scares me to death any tips on how to get him not to do this he already has oatmeal in his bottles to thicken it for his reflux.
