I think I had a miscarriage

This morning when I woke up I went to the bathroom and when I wiped I saw blood. I don’t have any cramping. It’s not filling up a pad at all it’s just when I wipe. I’m five weeks. Am I miscarrying? I feel so lost because I lost my first baby at the same time and I really feel like history is repeating itself. I’m blessed with my beautiful 2 year old daughter but I was so excited.
