I’ve been having nosebleeds my whole pregnancy.

i had bad nose bleeds when i first found out i was pregnant & now they are back. our blood volume is obviously much higher when pregnant so they are common to get. also it’s super dry out with the weather so that plays a big part.

It’s normal. Especially with the season and the dry air. Do you have a humidifier running in your bedroom? If not, probably a good idea.
