I am so beyond frustrated!!!!

I am 14 weeks pregnant and I am so sick! This isnt regular morning sickness, this is something else. I have missed almost a week of work and I think I'm about to lose my job. I have no appetite whatsoever. I try to eat, but it just comes right back up! I have been throwing up so much that I now throw up blood clots. I have been on zofran and it use to help a little, but now it's not! My OB nurse told me to eat every hour and eat small meals which I have been doing, but it's not helping. I honestly don't know what to do anymore! I can't get the nutrients my body needs because I can't stop throwing up. I just want this to stop!!!
