Teething at 9 weeks?

My wiggly little octopus has been really drooly for the last several days, and was up a lot last night for no reason we could work out (fed, clean diaper, not gassy, etc). Today my partner mentioned she'd had a big wet spot on the sheet under her head when he picked her up to feed her last night, so I tried to get a look at her gums. Does this look like the early stages of teething to anyone else?

It's hard to get a good picture, but I'm seeing clear vertical lines on her gums between white bulgy spots that are suspiciously tooth shaped 🦷 🤔
