UTI symptoms but no UTI? Pregnancy?

Question

Has anybody had UTI symptoms but didnt have a UTI and found out they were pregnant? 
-discomfort
- feeling like you have to pee constantly even if you just stood up from pee'ing.
- strong smelling urine
- dark and cloudy urine
I went to doctor and had blood work ran on me everything came back fine. But, they didnt do a pregnancy test.
Im 11-12DPO 1 day away from AF

It could be pregnancy! But I’ve had all those symptoms with BV too! Good luck!
