We have been potty training my 2.5 year old boy for 2 weeks now. He can tell me when he has to pee pee, runs to the kid potty, pulls his underwear down and goes, and pulls his underwear up. He's doing great for #1 at home and 50/50 out on errands.

Poop however is a whole other story. He poops in his underwear, and when he tries to use the kid potty he sometimes gets one poop out and jumps up still pooping. He isn't constipated and he doesn't like being dirty, runs to me to tell me there's poop in his undies, etc.

Any tips on helping him get his poop in the potty?

We are doing little cars as a reward, we started with stickers, but upped the ante when the undies came into play. We don't want to use food.
