This name is a contender for our baby girl. Will probably call her Thea or Teddy but just wanted to see how it should be spelled. I’ve stared at them both for so long now that they both look funny to me.

I think Theodora looks slightly better but Theadora really lends to the Thea nickname. This was one of my favorite girl names, but I’m having another boy. Teddy and Thea are THE cutest nicknames 😍

I’ve loved Theodora since The Haunting of Hill House! The name Theo never struck me as feminine but I love it now. My husband hates it so it’ll join my favorite boy name of Quentin that I’ll never get to use. Quentin and Theodora will forever be the names I love.

If you are calling her Thea it should be Theadora. I do like Theodora nn Theo for a girl thought like in The Haunting of Hill House.
