Who’s baby will be bilingual?

We are due in March and are weighing our options on all the ways to introduce baby to 2 languages at once. I’ve read good things so far about the OPOL method. (One Parent One Language). That would be perfect for us being that my hubby’s first language is Spanish and mine is English. Buuut I’m thinking my hubby might find it difficult to stick to since our relationship has been all English. 
Not to mention I do know Spanish but definitely am not fluent but would love to be by the time baby is talking age! Am I’m not sure if it would confuse her for me to also practice Spanish with her as well. 
Has anyone had success with this method or does anyone have other recommendations?

My two year old speaks French and English. I don’t speak much French but I’m learning so much from her haha. My husband is French and my mother in law spends a lot of time with her speaking French, French nursery rhymes on YouTube and French books. While my husband and I mostly speak English otherwise I wouldn’t understand him haha but as time goes by I understand French more and more. She sometimes makes sentences mixing French and English but that’s to be expected with a bilingual child.

My kids are bilingual, no method done😂 We simply just talk to them Spanish and English. Helps that my husbands parents speak mostly Spanish. And my parents are a mix- My mom speaks both perfectly and my dad is better with Spanish, that’s his first language.

My lo is 6 months so he doesn’t speak yet but we speak to him in English and Turkish me and my husband mostly speak to each other in English but we are making a conscious effort to speak to our son in both languages it helps that my Mil speaks mostly Turkish to him as English is her second language but speaks that fluent too

My kid would be raised bilingual. I’m African (Sierra Leone), my family speaks English and Mende. My husband is Turkish. We live in the Netherlands so we both also speak dutch (my family who lives here too). We both think it’s important that they can communicate with both family.

We will be bilingual, we’ll use English at home and the local language out of the house. My husband and I each have a third language from our respective grandparents that we will also introduce. I hope that because it’s just natural and necessary our kids will pick it up. It’s also normal here for people to speak 3 or more languages fluently.
