I remember later in my pregnancy before this one, if I stretched my legs out in the morning I would immediately get very painful leg cramps. It was hard to try and stop my body from wanting to stretch! Also restless legs too. Magnesium like the previous poster said helped with that. I just used a spray. Helps you sleep too. Win win.
