Is this umbilical granuloma? My lo is 2months , visit paed 3 days ago.. she said it’s a umbilicus.. asked to clean with alcohol swap and apply ointment.. there was a small red tissue(like a skin tag) after applied the ointment now the tissues became from red to dark brown and I noticed it bleed very little.. can be seen only when wiped with cotton.. is this normal? Can anyone shed some light here
