Is IVF our only option?

Hi ladies. 
This is the results of my fiance's SA. Our doctor told us that he has "not one normal sperm." We are going to do a timed cycle with letrozole at my request before moving forward. I also have PCOS.

If this is your first sperm test, then you could wait 3 months and do one more sperm test, as results do vary.
If this is not your first test, then I'd say yes, it's IVF or sperm donor.
I'm currently pregnant from IVF ISCI.

Most likely ivf is your only option. We did 3 rounds of clomid, me-100mg cd 3-7 and my husband took it for 12 weeks continuously 25 mg x2 a week. Then we moved onto ivf icsi. We were not candidates for an iui. We were told the chances of conceiving naturally was slim but miracles do happen. For us, my husband has great health insurance so ivf was covered  
Was the doctor that told you this a urologist ?

Forgot to mention we tried 4 years aiming bd at mid cycle and ttc for 10 cycles never tested even faintest positive. I anyway always ovulate days 14 15 and 16.Additionally been with my SO 20 years never used the pill or other contraceptive for 20 years rather than using pull out method and never got pregnant never tested even slightly pregnant. Nothing i did not get pregnant even by accident like ever. We did ivf icsi out of 15 eggs 7 were mature 3 fertilized with icsi. One embryon was 5ab quality and got transfered day 5 6 days ago. Hopefully soon we will have our rainbow baby.

By not one he probably meant one percent. I doubt he meant not even one single sperm which would have been disastrous as at least our fertility specialist said he will never use any abnormal sperm for even icsi. The report reeds one percent which will be sufficient for ifv icsi i doubt they will reccomend ivf or iui. Especially given the idea that in this report says exactly the head is abnormal. Sperm with abnormal head might have defect azozome so they can never dissolve the eggs outer shell in time. We had 0 morphology which then went to one percent same defect in heads. One percent made us qualify for icsi neither adrologist of fertility specialist offered anything else even though our count was 100 000 000. His count is on lower side too. He went through lots of investigations they could not find exact case for the abnormality so we never were offered any other treatment or option. Basicly they said we do not know what is causing it only hope is to find 20 normal for your eggs. They even mentioned TESE if they could not find enough normal in sample. I am sorry guys morphology is tough nut to crack and abnormal heads is the worst deffect for normal conception and any type of assisted fertility. I read a study people can have natural conception but it might take decades and lots of luck but i doubt you guys want to wait that long and chance it. Talk with urologist reproductive endocrinoligist fertility specialist and androligist for your exact options. Ours n The UK were nothing else but ivf icsi and even that one was close to fail thanks god morphology went up from zero to 1 percent just prior to our treatment due to diet and special suppliment protocol i created.

Is IVF our only option?
