Iui success?

Hi I have unexplained second fertility, no PCOS but dr did want me to lose 10lb and I lost 14! He put me on metformin, letrozole and I just took the hcg trigger shot followed by an iui? Anyone with success similar to what I’m going through? This is my second round of letrozole and hcg trigger and first iui. Thanks!

I was in a similar boat. Unexplained secondary infertility. I kept adding stuff till we got a bfp. How’s your thyroid? Your TSH should be between 1-2 for reproduction. The combo that finally worked for me was NP thyroid, clomid, plaquenil, ldn, prednisone, estrace, and pregnyl for a trigger. I also took a lot of supplements, myoinsolitol, coq10, aspirin, l-arginine, vitamin d.
