Personal best
About 2 months ago at 8 months PP I downloaded an app "Couch Potato to 5k". I've committed to 2-3 runs/week and have slowly been getting stronger and going farther! I started with 1min intervals of running/walking. I haven't hit the 5k mark yet, but this morning I just ran 25min straight! Just over 3k. Personal best!
It says 35min, but that includes warm up and cool down time.
My husband just gave me a very formal handshake then pretended to pin a sock to my chest as my medal of accomplishment 😂
