Weird question

Did anyone get these weird red sores? Cuts? I don’t even know what to call them?

I’ve gotten them on 3 fingers and they hurt!!! I have not smashed my hands or those fingers

My fingers were hurting last night and then as the hours went by they showed up

You know how you bite your nails to short and your fingers are sore to touch that is exactly how the 3 fingers feel where the red marks are.

It’s my thumb and pointer on my left and my pinky on my right

I wanted to go get my nails done tomorrow for the first time in months but heck no!!! Not now the way they hurt I’m hoping someone has answers
