Should I test?

So I’m on my second nexplanon, as of last March, I got my period a month after replacing it and then just again last week for a week basically (super light) then it stopped for two days, and now I’m having really bad cramping and pretty light colored blood when I wipe, (none on my undies) I am having unprotected sex with my boyfriend of almost 2 years, should I test or?? I’ve heard of a few people getting pregnant on nexplanon
