Does this need stitches?

We have slanted walls in our apartment and the corner of the wall that sticks out my husband stood up & hit his head does this need any?

Because it’s a head trauma I would go to the doctors ASAP.

It's a bit hard to tell how deep it is. If in doubt go to a doctor but otherwise some steri strips might do the trick (you'll need to shave around the area though).
Made sure you clean it properly as well seeing as it's on his head (lots of oils and dirt). Colloidal silver is a goodie and it's can be used in spray form for easy application.

I’d definitely get it looked at. Because it’s in his hair it’ll be hard to keep clean and avoid infection. Even if they don’t put stitches in it they’ll bandage it properly.

Not sure but I’d definitely go to the doctor in case. Maybe no stitches but could have a concussion depending on how hard he hit his head. I’d just go to the doctor to get another opinion and to make sure his brain is okay
