FTM, I’m desperate! I’ve tried just about every OTC eczema cream / lotion for my baby’s long with A&D ointment. It just seems to be getting worse! His entire face and now his ears are dry, red, bumpy and itchy. We have to keep him swaddled just about the entire day so he doesn’t rub his face. His pedi and my husband’s dermatologist suggested to use CeraV Eczema lotion which was working for the first few days and now seems to do nothing. My heart breaks every time I look at him. I know it makes him feel awful but he still smiles and giggles! Have any of you been threw this? Can you give me any tips on how to treat it? I’m trying to avoid steroid creams so no we have not gone down that path yet. Any help is greatly appreciated!
