My baby girls face is swollen... it doesn’t seem to be bothering her but what could be the cause? Her pediatrician office is closed until after Christmas 🙄🙃

Take her to a urgent care clinic. That's what they're for. They will diagnose her and help her. Swelling of any kind in a baby so small is cause for concern. After that you may follow up with her regular pediatrician but definitely take her to a urgent care facility asap

I would take her in. She may be having an allergic reaction, you want to make sure  it’s not a serious one which may impair her breathing.
