The 18 month sleep regression has arrived...
It’s been a while (6 months) since my daughter has had any issues sleeping and last night she was up for 3 hours (put down at 7:30, slept till 8:30, cried and fussed from 8:30-midnight). It’s 100% the regression as she has never done any of this while teething or while she’s sick. She’s also been throwing mad tantrums during the day... god help us all.
