Ectopic pregnancy. Help!

My doctor finally made the call to consider it to be a very likely tubal pregnancy. Tuesday I got a shot of methotrexate. I am just hoping to put that shot behind me but the drug warnings are scaring the shit out of me. So far I have been okay. A little dizzy. Who else has had it? How long might I feel a little off from it? I don’t know what is supposed to happen next. I have had very light bleeding but thought more would be happening. Does the pregnancy just sort of dissolve quietly? I had my first blood draw today hoping to see the numbers going down. If this doesn’t work I think I’m going to go with the surgery, I don’t want to do another round of the medicine. It’s too hardcore.
