EBF mamas! Please respond!
My little cutie pie is 9 weeks. I feel like we can never get more than 3-4 hours for baby’s first stretch of sleep at night. We limit naps to 2 hours during the day, (if he doesn’t wake before then) and he has a pretty consistent bedtime routine. We feed on demand during the day, usually every 2-3 hours.
He seems to cluster feed in the evening like he’s gearing up for a longer sleep. I always get my hopes up thinking “This is going to be the night!” Nope 🙃
Any breastfeeding mamas getting longer stretches: teach me your ways! I am always up to try something new! It’s probably normal, and I’m just getting greedy now.
Just because 🥰
