so I have PCOS, and as sort of a last ditch effort to get my cycle in check my doctor put me on the estradiol patch. its been working great and my cycle is very predictable now but every cycle my body shows signs of ovulation. im very in touch with my body and for years followed the FAM with no scares but then i also wasnt treated and i wasnt ovulating very often if at all, but as of the last 3 months, between CD 10-16 im ovulating. it does vary which day is the actual ovulation day, but its always middle of the cycle ish. am i at risk of getting pregnant while on pure estradiol? its not combination its just plain estradiol because my levels were abysmally low when i had tests done last.

i just wanna know if i need to combine the FAM with this patch to be safe?
