I am 6 weeks pregnant. And I had an ultrasound today but prior I was still having some spotting it’s just heavier now. I’m freaking out even though the dr said the ultrasound looks great.Does this look like I’m starting to have a miscarriage?I’m so scared

I’d call your doctor and tell them your spotting has increased a lot and you’re really worried. I don’t like that it could fill up a panty liner and it’s bright red. They didn’t any blood around the baby or any hidden spot in your uterus?? Nothing? 
It could just be your cervix irritated from the wand during your ultrasound as well but still I’d be a little panicky too.

It could be your spotting on top of the whole wand and stuff they use to get it in that makes it look worse.

Did you do a vaginal ultrasound? Or do a Pap smear? I had that don’t earlier this week (she said it was safe to do but I regretted it lol) and after I had some blood. Not a lot just a couple wipes worth. I guess because my cervix is sensitive 
If you’re continuously bleeding id definitely call your DR!
