Paraguard IUD Experiences?

I think I want to try the Paraguard IUD. I'm concerned with getting ovarian cysts. 
Anyone have it? Experiences??

I took mine out after 11 months on july 11 i had bad cramps every month when i was on my period at the beginning nothin was wrong but the last months i had it it felt like i was in hell
