Thoughts?

So, I got my period on time. It was a normal period the first 24 hours and lighter between 24 and 48 hours. Now it's gone after 48 hours. Usually, I get plenty of cramps the first day. I had zero of my usual symptoms. I usually get diarrhea the whole time and my period is normally 4 days. I had pregnancy symptoms before it started and they're continuing now. What could be going on? I might test just to rule it out.

Test if you want to rule out pregnancy but it sounds like a normal period. Even if it's not your normal, periods change all the time.
