LH testing

I have no clue about the LH strips please help I get two lines and think I’m ovulating but I’ve seen on post other people saying that’s negative 🤦🏻‍♀️ so I have no idea what I’m doing I just thought they were like pregnancy tests two lines means have sex 🤷🏻‍♀️

Am I meant to test everyday in my cycle I seen something else about that?

Please help?
