Iron levels
I was just tested for anemia this past week. According to my online portal, normal levels begin at 12.5. my hemoglobin levels were 10.2, indicating below normal iron. I don't eat red meat, really not much meat in general. My doctor didn't say anything, but sometimes they are slack 🙄. Should I be concerned? I've never had this with my two previous pregnancies. I am definitely upping my spinach, beans, and eggs game over here... Hoping that helps!
