Acne?

My 1 week old has some acne on her face what should I do? How do I stop it from getting more ?

Baby acne is completely normal. It’s your hormones leaving her body. I just left it alone and let it clear up on it’s own.

Leave it alone.  If you're breastfeeding rub some breast milk on it and it will clear up right away

As others have said, it’s completely normal and it clears up on its own. It usually due to your leftover hormones still circulating in their system... similar to why some newborns have breast tissue or mini periods. I just saw my pediatrician Thursday for my son’s one month checkup and she said baby acne typically reaches its peak between 4-6 weeks old and then begins to subside.

It’s very normal. You leave it alone and it goes away on its own. Their skin is very sensitive so I wouldn’t mess with it. You can make it worse or irritate their skin.
