Spit up

Does anyone’s little one still spits up frequently? She started on Zantac at 5 months old but we only use it sporadically now. Pedi and I both don’t want her to rely on meds, but even when she takes the Zantac, she still spits up. She’s not in pain, and it hardly seems to phase her. But I wash EVERYTHING all the time and sometimes we still refer to her as “Reek” (GoT reference). We’ve changed formula a lot as a babe- she had colic. Anyone else experiencing this?
