So my MIL is babysitting tonight.

Now before we get into a my MIL is awful discussion lol I want to state I LOVE my MIL. I’ve adopted her as my own mom essentially because my own mother is awful. (Long separate story)

I wanted to make sure she was okay with doing it at our house. (We live a 5min walk from them across the street) it would be right before LGs bedtime.

She responds with I would prefer here. (Meaning her house)

Obviously we would like it at our house so we don’t have to wake LO and bring him home. We started ST, and though we have noticed he transfers well and falls back asleep, it’s just not fair to him. I just don’t know how to tell her we’re not crazy about that idea.
