Christmas

Alright so my MIL told me yesterday that we were having a christmas party with a couple of her friends which is also more like family friends to us. I knew nothing about it until yesterday. We live in a small town where there literally isn't any stores except dollar General basically thats open on sundays. So the ones we are having the christmas party with is a married couple and his mother. Would a $25 visa card be good to get the couple and another $25 gift card to get the mother of the couple?
