When did I conceive ?

Ok so this is a little embarrassing but I know I’m not alone .. I had a scan on the 11th November that said I was 6 weeks 3 days due July 3rd. I had another one the 19th december where I was 12 weeks 6 days ( a week infront ) now due 26th June. the problem is I slept with two guys a couple of weeks apart.. my last period completely messed up that was 18th-20th September and I had sex on the 21st September with guy A. Then I had sex on 2nd & 7th october with guy B, when I work it out it all falls to beginning of October and not September at all but I just need a second opinion as guy b is my boyfriend and has been coming to appointments, he knows I slept with someone whilst we were seperated but I didn’t think the baby would be guy A. Can I just have some more opinions please girls and no judgment as ive beat myself up already enough x
