Any recommendations on natural cat litter while I’m pregnant?

4 weeks today! Just realizing I need to get natural cat litter, does anyone have any recommendations on one that actually clumps well and that is good with concealing odors? And don’t worry, hubby is doing all the scooping and our neighbors are teaching us how to toilet train them- their cat uses their toilet completely meaning no litter box at all in the house- woohoo!!

It isn’t the cat litter that is the problem, so whether it’s natural or not doesn’t matter. It’s the toxoplasma gondii parasite that gets passed through the cats feces (if they carry it). 
Toxoplasmosis isn’t a very common infection for people and my OB advised that I wear a mask, gloves and just wash my hands after changing the litter box. My husband was away in the military during my pregnancy so I was the only one who was available to do it.
