How much help

How much help from family do you or did you get with your first baby?

I feel like I need a lot of help. It’s a lot to adjust to. Trying to give my baby 110% while finding time to feed myself or shower. My husband travels a lot for work so he’s never home and he starting to make me feel bad because I keep saying that I need more help. His family helps out when they can for a few hours, maybe one or two times a week. Is it wrong for me to say that I need more help? I am really just venting to him that I can only do so much but he’s making me feel bad :( saying that his family helps A LOT and I’m being ungrateful. am I really being ungrateful? How can he tell me how much help I need when he isn’t home often to actually see. 😐
