Is any one else 7 month old just doing poorly all around?

My girl is literally up every 30 mins to an hour SCREAMING at night. She is incredibly fussy throughout the day and taking in less formula than usual! She already has 4 teeth. Maybe teething? Maybe any can relate? How did your babes do through the 7 and 8 months! I am really struggling. The closer she gets to her wake up time the more often she wakes up!
