Weight gain lesson.

This is just a little reminder to all of us mama’s out there who are struggling with weight gain or the fear of gaining weight.

One of the best things I’ve learned so far just from talking to other mama’s is that your body is truly going to do whatever it wants when it comes to weight gain.

I started out at 126lb and 5’2”, I am now 16 weeks and I have yet to gain or lose a pound even though I am eating like a horse and not working out as much as I used to.

My co worker who was the exact same height and weight had already gained 15lbs at this point and she didn’t change a single thing during her pregnancy. She was still eating the same meal plan and doing crossfit all the way up to delivery and guess what, she gained 40lbs total!

So try to relax, enjoy this miracle, and focus on giving baby what it needs and worry about shedding your weight after your new bundle is here💖
