I have had my copper IUD since June or July of this year. It’s December now and has been about 6 months since I had gotten it inserted. I have been spotting for almost two weeks now and am concerned that something is wrong, I am having cramps as though I may be getting my period soon and I know that spotting can be normal with IUD within those 6 months, I’m just worried that because of the spotting that’s been going on for almost two weeks that there is something wrong.

Has anyone had an experience similar to this and /or would like to share their stories?
