Trying to lose weight

Trying to lose weight has been hard the last two years for me. I used to never have a problem with my weight. I’m 5’5 and was 140 pounds. Now fast forward I’m 250 pounds so yes I’ve gained more than a lot of weight in two years. What healthy eating lifestyle can I do to shed my pounds? How do you ladies stay motivated when it comes to healthy eating and what do you eat? Thank you ❤️
