Squirting?

So I have a problem with constantly squirting whenever I have sex. Any position. Even just oral. My question is- does anyone have suggestions or ideas on how to make it less messy?! I am constantly having to wash my bed sheets after each night I have sex. Thanks in advance!

They make washable pads for hospitals and nursing homes. I only know this because I was having trouble with my puppies eating tjeir pee pads. Lol. So they are quilted but have a plastic/vinyl backing.
