Returning to work pumping schedule help!!?

I’m going to return to work mid January. Right now i exclusively bf my daughter. For those who have returned to worth, what did you do to start to save milk? Do you have a pumping/feeding schedule? Help😩

We never had any sort of schedule. I've always fed on demand. I work 12 hour shifts, 7am to 730pm. I  feed him, change him, and pump if he didn't eat much before I leave and pump at 9, 1, and 5. I typically come home with the same amount or more than what he ate during the day. When I first went back, I had 80oz or so in the freezer.

I’m going back mid jan too and am EBF. I was told to pump as if you were home with baby. So I plan to set an alarm on my phone for every 2 1/2  and when my alarm goes off imma make sure I find time within the next 30 min to pump so I’m pumping every 2 1/2-3hrs. I am absolutely dreading it.
