Update: follow up US
So after a concerning first US where there was extra fluid around the heart and at back of neck and inconclusive NIPT screen that didn’t have enough DNA and a stressful phone call where genetic counselors were giving me a 1 in 17 (6%) odds that baby had a serious genetic defect....
We had a follow up US this morning at 13w2d. All extra fluid had resolved completely and dr says baby looks perfectly normal (and shy lol)!
