Has anyone tried wearing wrist braces to help with pregnancy carpal tunnel? My doctor recommended I get some to minimize the numbness/discomfort but I’d like some opinions from other people who have used them. Is it worth it?

I used one and it helped a bit. I just got a cheap one from Target I think

I had medically issued ones. They're great. I wore them while sleeping and driving and if things were really bad throughout the day. They prevented me from doing certain moments that aggravated my wrists.
