Possible Pregnancy opinions !!

So I took three at home test and they came back positive when I was out of town. I go to the doctor up there and they took their pee test and it came up negative. I explained everything to them and they said that I’m possibly to early. Like I was having implantation bleeding. Well I got home took another test and it came up negative. But I’ve been getting nauseous, constant lower back pain, always tired, and etc. I need y’alls thoughts please.
