I finished my period about a day ago. Completely normal maybe a bit lighter/ shorter than usual but nothing crazy. Im 18 had periods since forever but all of a sudden im having extremely bad stomach cramps. ive never had cramps before and its so painful. is cramps after your period a thing or is it likely something else causing them? also plsss help with how to make it better
